Dotcomments inTouch customer-survey systems are cost-effective for large and small businesses alike. Our
pricing model consists of two basic elements. Our set-up fee is a one-time charge that enables your business
to access our system. The fee is determined by the complexity of the measurements you request and the number
of PDAs required to capture information.
We also impose a monthly fee for our services. That fee will remain in effect for the length of our
service contract. It also covers the number of PDAs used for your surveys.
